Process Description:
(1) Pretreatment stage
The pre-treatment adopts the packing type spray washing tower, and the spray liquid is neutralized by alkali acid gas or the dust is filtered by dry filter.
(2) Adsorption stage of activated carbon
After the pre-treatment, the waste gas is sent to the back-end activated carbon adsorption / desorption tower for adsorption treatment. The organic gas in the microporous activated carbon is adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon to remove the organic matter in the waste gas, so as to purify the gas.
(3) Desorption stage of activated carbon
When the adsorption of the adsorption bed is saturated, switch the desorption air valve and adsorption air valve, and start the desorption fan to desorb the adsorption bed. The desorbed fresh air is first heated by the heat exchanger and electric heating chamber at the inlet of the fresh air. The fresh air is heated to about 120 ℃ and enters the activated carbon bed. After the carbon bed is heated, the solvent adsorbed by the activated carbon volatilizes.
(4) Catalytic combustion stage
The solvent is sent to the heat exchanger in front of the catalytic combustion chamber by the fan, and then enters the preheater in the catalytic combustion chamber. Under the action of the electric heater, the gas temperature is raised to about 250-300 ℃, and then enters the catalytic combustion bed. Under the action of the catalyst, the organic matter is flameless burning, which is decomposed into CO2 and H2O. At the same time, a large amount of heat is released. The gas temperature is increased in one part. The high temperature gas The untreated organic gas is preheated by the heat exchanger again to recover part of the heat. The gas from the heat exchanger is then heated by the heat exchanger at the fresh air inlet to the desorbed fresh air, and the gas after heat exchange is led up and discharged through the chimney.

Set LEL monitoring interlock protection, strictly control the concentration of organic waste gas in the system to be less than 1 / 4 of its lower explosion limit;
Multiple safety protection systems: unsteady state control, temperature early warning, shutdown alarm and fault emergency response measures, etc.
